Welcome to VVM Cleaning Solutions. By accessing our website (vvm.com.au) or engaging our commercial cleaning and facility management services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Services Provided
VVM Cleaning Solutions provides professional commercial cleaning, facility management, waste management, and specialized maintenance services across Perth, WA. The specific scope of work for any engagement will be outlined in a separate Service Agreement or Commercial Proposal provided to the client.
2. Quotations and Pricing
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
Prices are based on the specific site requirements discussed during the consultation. Any significant changes to the site layout or usage may result in a price adjustment.
All prices are subject to GST unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3. Payment Terms
Corporate Accounts: Invoices are issued monthly and are payable within 14 days of the invoice date, unless alternative credit terms have been formally approved.
One-off Services: For specialized services (e.g., high-pressure cleaning or post-construction cleans), payment is required upon completion of the works.
VVM reserves the right to suspend services if accounts remain overdue beyond 30 days.
4. Client Obligations
To ensure the highest standard of service, the client agrees to:
Provide safe and unobstructed access to the premises at the scheduled times.
Disclose any known hazards or specific safety protocols required on-site.
Provide necessary utilities (water, electricity) required to perform the cleaning tasks.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 24 business hours’ notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of a routine service.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service value to cover labor and logistical costs.
6. Liability and Insurance
VVM Cleaning Solutions maintains comprehensive Public Liability Insurance ($20M) and Workers’ Compensation as required by Western Australian law.
While we take the utmost care, VVM is not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or damage resulting from faulty installations at the client’s premises.
Any claims for damage must be reported in writing to info@vvm.com.au within 24 hours of the service completion.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If any aspect of our service does not meet the agreed-upon scope, please notify us within 24 hours. We will return to rectify the issue at no additional cost.
8. Non-Solicitation of Staff
The client agrees not to directly or indirectly engage, employ, or contract any VVM staff member provided to them for a period of 12 months following the termination of the Service Agreement, without the express written consent of VVM Cleaning Solutions.
9. Health & Safety (WHS)
VVM operates in strict accordance with the Work Health and Safety Act 2020 (WA). We provide our staff with the necessary PPE and training. We reserve the right to withdraw staff from any site deemed to be an immediate risk to their health or safety.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Perth, WA.
